• Hello,

I have some problems with my main menu in the top navigation bar.

    About my problem:
    – I have over 15 different categories.
    – Some categories are assigned over 10 different products.
    – The “normal” menu with the “narrow” arrangement is now too small and is cut off at the bottom. So not everything is displayed anymore because I have too many categories.

To solve the problem, I wanted to create a wide menu. In the ” narrow” menu, the categories were shown to me and only when I hover the mouse over them, the menu expands with the products. So I mouse over Kat 1 and then to the right of it the menu expands with Prod 1, Prod 2, etc.
Here is a picture of it: https://prnt.sc/sbnjcAoYfjyH

However, after I change my menu to wide, it shows me the categories as well as the products directly. Here is a picture: https://prnt.sc/JVzj0wFrwTya
However, I have so many products under the categories that the menu is again not fully displayed and thus is cut off.

Is there no way to change the menu to wide and only show the categories so that only when you move the mouse over the category, that only then the products are shown like with the “narrow” menu?

I also asked the support of my theme, but they did not want to help me because according to the support it has nothing to do with the theme.

Thanks a lot for the help.

  • This is not simple CSS change request to complete. If You are developer or knowledge of coding then We can suggest the code or plugin to setup the menu.
