Problems with newletter

  • I use ALO EasyMail Newsletter on two different WordPress sites and tried to send out the same newletter from both sites. The newletter to the list with 50 subscribers went out without a hitch.

    The report for the newsletter to the list with almost 600 subscribers shows that all mails were successfully sent. However, the report shows no clicks or opens (and I normally have an open rate of almost 50%) and several subscribers reported that they never received the newsletter, so I suspect that it wasn’t actually sent out, no matter what the report claims.

    The text of both newletters, the one with 50 and the one with 600 subscribers) was exactly the same and one was sent and the other wasn’t, so the problem cannot lie there.

    Any idea what might be the issue here?
