Problems with NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati

    I was very excited about using your otherwise great theme, but discovered one of the most widely used plugins NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati has some issues with it. If you have a gallery embedded on a page, if you click on a picture, it opens in some form of thickbox(?), which then has controls to navigate to the next or previous picture. To close a particular picture, you click on it.
    I have been trying dozens of themes for some particular site, but only with adventure in use … clicking on the picture leads to none of the features mentioned working & in fact the only way to get rid of an opened picture is to navigate “back” or simply click on some other link- ??

    Is there anything that can be done to solve this?

    In addition to above issues, somehow adjust values like the opacity of the “Transparency of Content Background” from the default 80% to other values leads to no visible change …

    What could be the problem?
