Problems with Nicepage Theme

  • Has anybody had the problem with a Nicepage theme. The app works properly with a standard
    WP theme but as soon as I add the Nicepage Plugin and try to sign up, I get

    “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 163840 bytes) in /homepages/14/d780429421/htdocs/clickandbuilds/SimpleDisputeResolution/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/classes/PDb_Session.php on line 231”

    I remove the Nicepage Plugin and it works fine again. Can anyone suggest what may be going wrong and if there is a work around please ?

    I’d suggest first going to Nicepage for support with this. It’s an out of memory error, these are very tricky to debug. Since it’s getting thrown on the Session class, it may have something to do with how php sessions are handled by the theme plugin, but this is really a question they should be able to answer.
