Problems with open-ended questions + font question

    I just faced with the problem of quizzes.
    For example i want to create a task ”fill in the gaps”
    Title for question: Fill in the gaps
    The task: she |likes| to eat ice-cream.
    But when i want to save my quizz it clears itself and nothing saves. How can i solve this problem?

    And also i would like to understand how to change the default font and color of text lessons cuz it’s like 70% opacity and on both black and white backgrounds looks readable but hardly.

    Can you check server error logs and send them here? Moreover, try to write question and wait some time and after waiting, try to save the changes again. Let me know of the progress here

    I checked err_log.txt and found nothing connected to this problem. I’ve updated all the plugins. Then I disabled all of them, nothing changed, still had a bug. As you adviced – waited for a while (around 20 sec) and still had this bug.

    Important to mention: after saving quizz, in the right up corner i see “quizz is successfully saved” and nothing saved. So i do not get errors or warnings or smth like that. But the information i type in the quizz – clears itself.

    I noticed a pattern. When after a sentence, for example, “|The| astronaut walked on |the| moon.” I put a space (like “|The| astronaut walked on |the| moon. “), then with a chance of 80 – the text will be saved. I.e., perhaps the problem lies in editing the text.

    Unfortunately, the err_log.txt file you attached seems to be inaccessible. Would you mind trying to send it again through Google Drive or Dropbox?

    In the meantime, I’ve personally tested this scenario on my end, but I haven’t encountered the problem. Since this appears to be an unusual case, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting further to find a solution.

    Would you mind checking the case once more with all third-party plugins and cache plugins deactivated?

    Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful if you could provide screenshots or versions of your plugins and the theme.

    I eagerly await your response.

    Logs showed that php is wrong version (i used 8+ version), now i’ve switched back to 7.4
    This bug appears from time to time. Sometimes everything is fine, but some sentences it cannot save, i do not understand why, but sometimes backspace after dot helps. Still think the problem is in some sentences, cuz some sentences save itself and the other ones – not. Don’t think the problem in plugins cuz everything works fine and there are no errors on the site.

    All the plugins are updated and there are no available updates.

    Also, i checked this bug one more time disabling all the plugins – still has the bug.
    However i’ve noticed little lags when you upload more than 30 quizzes “fill in the gaps”. But i don’t think it is connected with it.

    In the quizz only 12 exercises “single choice” and with 5 points on each exercise.

    UPD: I do not load in quizz more than 15 exercises and wait for a while before saving – it helps. But anyway – i’m not sure it won’t happen again.

    You, guys, created a huge project. I really appreciate you for your work.

    Still await for the answer about font. In quizz lessons font is excellent, i want the same to the ”text lessons”. How can i change it? I’ve used already setting in theme, Elementor. Changed weight of font, family, size, but nothing affects this kind of lessons.
