Problems with page editor, media library, and more

    Issues with WP site:
    -Page editor is blank and missing buttons
    -Media library is blank
    -Appearance -> Customize is not working
    -Certain plugin pages are blank

    To solve this issue I have:
    -Deactivated all plugins
    -Switched to default theme
    -Reinstalled WP
    -Cleared browser cashe
    -Added define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false); to wp-config.php (and removed once it didn’t work)
    -Replaced /wp-includes/js/tinymce/ folder with a fresh copy.

    I have had no success and have no idea what to do next to discover what the problem is. Does anyone have any suggestions?
