Thanks for your very useful plug-in. It works perfectly and I only have the problem that I illustrate below.
When a user receives the link via e-mail to reset the password, the link leads to the entry page of the password to receive the e-mail, while if he copies and pastes the link received with the e-mail in the browser, regularly leads to the page for entering the new password.
I noticed that the link sent by e-mail from the password recovery system is written just right, but has a different reference. From the source of the e-mail is the following link:
    https://www.ernestogentili.it/lost-password/?loginName=Stefano&key=BZ5U0lvGHX62K3idgy7g
The user therefore, if he just clicks on the proposed link, fails to reset the password.
The short-code [pms-recover-password] is regularly inserted in the page.
    Can you help me? Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @sturfan,

It is likely that your web host has a mail tracking feature that is modifying the link. Could you please contact them and ask if this is the case?

    Best Regards,

    Hello Paul,
you were right. It was the server we use to send newsletters, to track our emails. But I noticed that, for password recovery, the address reserved for the newsletter is exactly ([email protected]), while your plugin and the rest of the site, apart from the newsletter plugin, is configured with info @ ernestogentili.it. I could not find why it is used [email protected] instead of [email protected].
Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
