Problems with PDF Preview

    Hello!!!

    I have a problem with this plugin and preview the pdf.

    I Install the plugin in the latest version of wordpress and I get the following message: No preview available.

    Does anyone know why this happens?. I have another web in an older wordpress installation with an older version of this plugin and it works perfectly. I’m doing a lot of testing and I’m going crazy. I need help.

    Sorry no-one was able to follow up earlier.

    There are a few issues that are known to confuse Google’s viewer – for example, large files or certain docx formats.

    If you are finding that the same file behaves differently in one WP installation compared to another then that’s a bit strange…

    It could be worth providing a link to the document embedded on your site if you’d like other users here to be able to take a look.
