Problems with Pinterst

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The price used for Pinterest should be exactly the same one as for your Google shopping and Facebook feeds when you have mapped the exact same price attributes on the field mapping page of our plugin.

Did you check the product feed itself you created for Pinterest? Are the prices in the feed wrong also?

Hi Stef,

I think you might misunderstand the purpose of our plugin. Our plugin creates product feeds for advertising, in this case on Pinterest.

You say the price is wrong but you also say you did not create a feed? How than can you tell that the price in the feed is wrong?

Hello. I was looking to see what other feeds I could set up (it says over 200 on your site) but I get a drop-down list with 8 options + custom feed. How do I see what other feed templates are available and how do I access them. I have Elite m/s licence.

The available channels differ per selected country. Some countries have 50 channels available and some only a few. What country did you select?

Dooohhh. Cant believe I missed that!

We are UK based and yes I get a longer list (not many to be fair and most are comparison engines :0( We were looking to implement a Pinterest feed. Surely this must be possible?

Hi Mike,

Sure that is possible. Pinterest should already be in the drop-down when you select United Kingdom as country.
