    Hi Paul,

first thank u for your free plugin!
    I have 2 problems:

1-when I change the pass of a user I see this message

You were blocked by the WordPress Security Firewall. Something in the URL, Form or Cookie data wasn’t appropriate. Warning – You have 6 remaining transgression(s) against this site and then you will be black listed. Seriously, stop repeating what you are doing or you will be locked out.

of course I’ve inserted the security key before to do it

2-I’ve deactivated the plugin and I’ve change the pass, but then I was not able to login with that user anymore, either with old or new pass. I tried several times but wp doesn’t accept the pass, so I’ve delete the plugin, change the pass again and then I can login.

Any idea of those problem? thanks in advance for the support.

The 1st problem is just that the Firewall is blocking something in the form you’re submitting. This can be resolved by temporarily disabling the Firewall module, or setting the option to “whitelist” administrators.

The 2nd problem is very odd. What errors are you seeing when you try to login and WP doesn’t accept the password?

    1-
Thanks for the info, btw why this firewall action even after the input of the access key?

    2-
no error, just a little shake of the wp login block

Thanks for the fast reply sir

Do you have any other plugins modifying your login process? The “shaking” isn’t standard WordPress I believe…

no other ogin plugin, I’ve just tested in other site and the wp login block shakes with incorrect data

Yep, but this doesn’t mean it’s not interfering on the problem site. What is the plugin that’s providing this?

sorry I don’t explain well what I mean..
I’ve no other login plugin active and if I test in other site to input incorrect datas I can see that there’s a shake of the wp login block in it too, so it must be a defaul wp.

    Nice plugin!

Small issue, when I logout and try to log back in as a ‘member’ via ‘Login’ link, its pointing to wp-login.php resulting n page not found (404)

Also, when you logout, it takes you to wp login form rather than the homepage?

Is there a way i can fix these two issues please?

    Many Thanks

Do you have a membership plugin running?

Also, the default behaviour for WordPress after logout is to return to the login page… this is standard for WordPress.
