Hello, on my page I have presented multiple exceptions regarding a plugin. Apparently an error of an invalid order comes out. I would like to know why this problem occurs since all the orders given on my page work correctly, but this exception still occurs and is causing problems in the performance of my page. I don’t know if worfence is affecting something for this error to occur, maybe it’s blocking the order for some reason? I thank you in advance for helping me with this error, thank you very much! I enclose the full log message.

Hi @seb1426, thanks for your message.

I can’t see anything in the stack trace that directly points to Wordfence or the WAF, and also this doesn’t appear to be a commonly reported issue we see. However, it is possible that the “no valid order” error could be caused by bots so I suggest checking your Live Traffic for any bot/human logged events that match the timestamps on the errors you’re seeing. Let me know what the contents of those entries are if you can see any.

If you are able to replicate these errors, or they are occurring often enough to be predictable, it might be worth disabling Wordfence temporarily and see if the errors subside. If they don’t, it’s unlikely that Wordfence is the cause but again, let me know if the errors stop so that we can look into the issue further.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
