Problems with Preload Cache

Some plugins that have the preload function are having conflicts due to the mass visitation on the site with the same ip. The preload visits automatically to generate the cache and improve the speed of the site,
but Cerber ends up understanding that there are many requests and ends up blocking the ip and with that it generates several problems in the pages that have woocommerce products, because the pages are not loaded in full. I have been desperately trying to understand why the problem occurs for 3 days and it is really what I reported above.
The question is, how can I get Cerber to ignore these requests? I have also had difficulties in recovering the user password, whenever a person clicks a lock message appears.
