Theme support said that they don’t know what is the problem.

Could you try switching to a default theme like Storefront and let us know if the issue persists?

I’m viewing your site but I’m not able to replicate the issue, the category page is loading fine and showing all the products, it’s showing 20 products for me and a load more button that also loads more products appropiately.

Can you tell us if the issue persists? Which browser are you using? Is there a way to consistently replicate this issue?

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

• System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
