Hi @mirinclos, thank you for contacting us.

I was wondering if you see any console errors when you do this? And if you run a plugin conflict test, does this issue dissapear?

You can check this troubleshooting guide https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wordpress-plugin-conflicts-how-to-check-for-them-and-what-to-do/

    Looking forward to your reply.

No, I don’t see console errors. I had done the test but the problem is not solved.
    I explain better my case.
I was using the plugin Appointments+ in my web and all was ok since I actualizated my wp theme. From then the plugin didn’t send mails. So I activate Gmail smtp plugin. The plugin is sending mails correctly, but I have a problem with the reservation form, that after make the reservation remain thinking without show the thank you window, and without redirecting to my home page as I have in my Appointment plugin settings.
Could you help me with this?? I think the conflict is when Gmail has sent the mail it doesn’t return to the Appointments plugin instructions. I don’t know why.
Forgive me but I don’t know so much about code and php things.
    Thanks a lot!

    Hello there @mirinclos,

hope you’re doing good today and don’t mind me chip in here! ??

Is this the plugin you’re using?

I just tried to replicate in a testing site of mine, using TwentySeventeen and no other plugin apart these two. I didn’t have the same experience as you, the Thank You window came up correctly, same goes for the confirmation emails.

This means that something else in involving on this, so I’d rather advise to grab a full backup (all files and database) and perform a conflict test. This means, start deactivating plugins and even switch to a default theme, until the issue is resolved, thus finding the conflicted combination.
Even better if you can create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this website into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database. You could perform then above test safely and without worrying about live site.

This also sounds like a caching issue to me, so you can also try to clear all involving caches, even deactivating them completely, if possible, and retry from a clear browser.

Hope that was some help! Let us know how this goes!
    Thank you
