Problems with redirects – in my blog

I have some problems with my blog – https://www.cabinetexpert.ro/ . I am not an IT specialist, just an accountant who writes on the blog. When i post a new article, or edit an old article, i get this message in browsers (Mozilla, Chrome, etc.):
“Page does not redirect correctly. Firefox/Chrome has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that it will not ever end.”
I tried to deactivate all plugins and then i activate the plugins one by one, and nothing. My hosting say that is a problem with – wp-content/themes/simplisimo/reset.css HTTP/1.1
I studied the forums – and in General-Setings… the web site URL and WordPress URL are with no-Uppercase letters.Can you help me tio identify the problem. Sorry for my english.

Sometimes, when i try to enter in one post/article, like – https://www.cabinetexpert.ro/2017-01-20/decizie-colectiva-majorare-salariu-minim-angajati-incepand-cu-01-02-2017-model-cu-anexa-semnaturi.html – then the site redirects me to home – https://www.cabinetexpert.ro/ .
But this is not allways. After the hosting makes a restart of the server, all works then fine.
