Problems with registration and login

  • Turnstile does not work with the wordpress plugin: Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce.

    Turnstile works everywhere on the website except in the registration form and the Login form. Until recently it worked.

    Now when I enable it for registration and Login there is only an empty field where the widget should appear and the button to submit the registration and login is grayed out and not clickable.

    Since it worked for quite a while in the registration form and the login form, I think that with one of the last updates maybe a small error has crept in somewhere.

    I would be very grateful for a solution to this problem, because I think the plugin is really good.

    Thanks for the message, if temporarily you disable the “Custom User Registration Fields” plugin does Turnstile work on the forms again?

    thanks for your message.

    I turned off the “Custom User Registration Fields” plugin and tested Turnstile without the plugin active. The result is unfortunately the same, login and registration are not working and the buttons for login in the registration are grey and not clickable.

    After I installed your last update from this weekend, it worked exactly 1x, everything was as it should be but on the 2nd try it already did not work again.

    I hope you have a solution for this problem, because your plugin is really good and a definite work relief.

    Thanks for the info.

    Do you have the “Disable Submit Button” option enabled in the settings? If so, could you try turning this off and see if it works then?

    I have the same issue on my iPhone: with “disable submit button” enabled, they never get enabled; with the option unchecked, I never pass the test (invisible turnstile). No issues on Firefox on my Mac on the other hand!

    Hi Elliot,

    thanks for your message.

    When I disable the “Disable Submit Button” the button for login and registration is clickable again but after clicking the following message appears: “Please verify that you are human” and login / registration is still not possible.

    Also the Turnstile widget is not displayed like on the other forms. There where the widget should be is only a white box (a gap, like a placeholder).

    I have made an update to version 1.21.3. The result is unfortunately still the same as described above. It just does not want to work when logging in and registering.

    I am having the same issue with Claue theme and trying to go through my-account and logging in. Not using custom field plugin either.

    Turned it off on the wordpress login component and in straight away – using the latest version you can update to.

    Wants me to verify I am human – knows if wrong password….but when its correct, thats the error

    affects a secondary different site also

    I’m having a similar issue.

    However, when the user insists (like 4 ou 5 times), it works…

    thank you very much for the update.

    Unfortunately the result is still the same. Unfortunately it does not work with WooCommerece login and registration.
