    Hi,

I had to deactivate the jetpack plugin because my server provider tech support said it was possibly the reason I keep getting weird caching codes for my blogs posts. You can see the code in the link I provided. This problem has been happening for the past year but I didn’t suspect it could be jetpack causing it. The only way to fix it is to clear the dynamic cache on my website, which is what I did every time it happened this past year. However, I haven’t done yet so you can confirm if it is your plugin conflicting.

I don’t have many plugins for my site. Most are design based like elementor and their add-ons.

I really like Jetpack and have used it for years. If you could help me understand if it is your plugin or not that would be great.

    Thanks.

The blog post is now working but I cut and paste the weird codes in a document. Is there a way to send it to you? I don’t know if it is safe to cut/paste it here.

    Hi there, @naielah,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. We’re happy to see the codes you put aside for us, so please do the following:

    • contact us via this contact form and mention this thread. You should be able to attach the file – if not, you will be after we reply to you.
    • verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
    • temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    • Try a different browser
    • Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
    • Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

Hope that’s all clear! You can report what you find out after you perfomed these tests on the message you’ll send us via the contact form.

When sending the message, please also make sure that the Jetpack plugin is installed and connected to your site, even if the connection is broken.

Look forward to your reply, and thanks in advance for your cooperation in sorting that out with us!

    Hey @naielah,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
