    Hi,

    I’m using a full-screen form in the popup and having trouble with the settings. I give users the option to click Go to Homepage instead of giving their email address. when they choose this option, and then go back to the “hidden” page, it shows the page without asking for their email again. I’ve got cookies set to:

    f it is converted, show it again…

    never, or until browser cookies are cleared

    If it is closed, but not converted, show it again…

    any time the display rules are met

    Remember a visitor who has seen this campaign…

    What am I doing wrong please?

    Hi @redswirl,

    No worries, I’m glad you were able to make those adjustments in the Output Settings. ??

    I’ve disabled the “close on background click” setting so the Optin view cannot be dismissed without interacting with the form or the “no” button – https://a.supportally.com/i/B2jLO1

    Will you test the campaign now and check that it’s working as you intend?
