Problems with same slugs in two languages

I have problems with Polylang since update of WordPress and Polylang. Now I cannot switch over to the other language/part of wrbsite when clicking the flag.
I did not have any issues at the beginning of the year when I converted my website into WordPress and started using Polylang to enable me to switch between English and Danish website. Now the flag does not work on websites where the slug is the same. Now it ads -2 on my blogs in wordpress and I am not able to change that hence the flag does not work as it is supposed to. I know there are many who have the same problem so I do hope you can fix this problem.
