Problems with searching by Zip Code and Radius

Hello,

We are struggling to setup Directorist’s search by radius and zip code functionality.
We are using the ‘Listings with Map’ extension.

We currently have three primary locations of interest.
Hummelstown, Camp Hill, Harrisburg.

When someone types one of the above locations into the search bar, or its corresponding zip code, we want realtors that are associated with that location to appear FIRST, and possibly only those listings if possible.

However, this does not appear to be what is happening.
For example, when searching “Camp Hill” from the front page, the three realtors listed do not have a location associated with Camp Hill, while if searching for Camp Hill on the ‘Listings with map’ page, the singular realtor associated with that location appears.

Additionally, when searching by the zip code, from the ‘Listings with Map’ page, realtors from other zip codes often appear above those associated with the zip code.

Also, is there no option in directorist to ‘sort by’ the closest pin?
