Problems with Share to Facebook

Hi,
In the past when I have wanted to share a blog post to facebook I click the facebook share button and my featured image is displayed on the facebook post along with a snippet of the text content of the blog. In addition the facebook post didn’t have all the tags listed at the bottom of the post. However, for some reason now when I share to facebook I don’t get the featured image nor the text snippet, and I have a list of all the tags from the bottom of the post, which I do not want.
How can I revert back to my original settings so the facebook post displays as it did before?
