Problems with sidebar placement

Hi, I’m having a problem with where my sidebar is located on my site. It was originally located at the top right of the page, but when I recently checked my site, it was moved to the bottom right. I don’t know much about HTML or the templates and was wondering if someone could tell me what the peoblem was and how to move the links back to the top right. Thank You!
