• Hello!

Thanks so much for the great plug-in.

There is one problem I’m running into, however, and I *think* I know where it’s coming from but don’t quite know how to fix it.

The pop ups for one or two of the clickable buttons i’ve made are appearing too far down the page (to the point that no one would notice them).

After a few trial and errors, I think the source of the problem are my multiple SPOILERS that are hiding additional text on the page.

If I open all the SPOILERS so that all the text is showing, the pop up appears in the correct place again.

Anyone have any suggestions about how to keep my text hidden and still have my popups work?

I can provide links if it’s necessary.

I’m using the spoiler shortcode from Shortcodes Ultimate Plugin.

    Thanks for your help!

I am now testing the Shortcodes Ultimate with Info Popup.

Tested it with Info Popup on my site and it seems to all work well with no impact on the x,y position of the popup window.

    Hello. Thanks for your testing!

How much info are you hiding in the spoiler? And is the spoiler placed above the the popup?

I found that a bit of text in a spoiler didn’t effect the position of the popup much, but a lot of spoiler text did.

    Is that clear?

Here is what I do, I inform the other plugin author when there is a possible conflict. If the plugin is free, it is much easier for the author of the plugins in question to test and resolve any conflicts.

    About Shortcodes Ultimate
    – It is useful but is not friendly for content authors. I would like to see a plugin which either integrates with TinyMCE or has a complete friendly CSS code generator which is easy enough for non coders and those who do not want to mess with HTML. It would be great if you could make pre-defined assets like buttons, so that your client can pick from a drop-down library, all within the text editor.
