Problems with Stars above version 1.8.3

Hi @havannainvestorsclub, which stars disappear? Can you send a screenshot highlighting which stars disappear?

Have you checked the settings in Options to make sure stars are displayed?

I mean the Stars in the SERP from Google.

When i update, some hours later the stars goes away from the Search Result. In the Website itself is all fine. Stars and reviews are there.

I think i have a little configuration problem, its seems by other its works well.

Huh… darn. I’m not sure on that. The new versions should be including the proper info to continue to display in Google search results. If you figure out what’s causing it, please let us know.

Note: the new versions only include the Schema for the snippet shortcode (aggregate rating). Are you including the Snippet shortcode in the page? We removed the individual review Schema, because of various issues it was causing, and Google doesn’t display that in search results anyway.

Also, Google is removing “self-serving” aggregate ratings in it’s search results. So even if using older versions of the plugin, you might still have those go away, not because of the plugin, but because Google is choosing not to display those any longer.

Only when i update to a new version its goes away. When i go back to old version, two houers later they are ther again.

So that are real reviews and nothing is add by me self. all data goes to google and still it works with the 1.8.2

So what must i change with the new version of the plugin?

So what is now?

Hi. We’re a small team work limited bandwidth and this plugin is free to use. So we’re doing our best. We’ve tried to reproduce this on our end but are not sure what’s happening.

I believe we got this all sorted out via email. Fixed in more recent updates of RR.
