• I’ve read that other were having issues syncing. I sent you a note via your e-mail, then came here.
    I uninstalled WPShopify (I did have the current, hot fix version) and re-installed.
    No joy. St sync “fails from server side.”
    As I used the clear cache button, I have non working pages on my site.
    Any other ideas on how to get sync working again?

    I disconnected / reconnected my Shopify account. That helped a little; the sync process now starts.
    HOWEVER, nothing syncs.
    Syncing Shopify data …
    (Please wait, this may take up to 5 minutes depending on the size of your store and speed of internet connection.)

    I have under 100 products, nd sync has been running for 10 minutes without doing anything.

    Hey Wayne, I know we were talking about this via email … did you manage to solve the issue?

    Sometimes this can also occur if your WordPress site has basic authentication enabled or if the site is password protected.
