Problems with texting on Twenty Fourteen

  • Hi,

    I’m using Twenty Fourteen, and just getting to know web “development” with wordpress. I don’t want to appear as naive girl but when I add text to my page my options of editing seem very limited. How do I make edits, like paragraphs. I can only see bold, italic, linking, etc. And I also tried the text tab with codes like
    and &nbsp but that doesn’t work either, everytime when I click on publish all my settings are gone.

    I already searched so many webblogs and youtube video but couldn’t find anyone who describes how to edit text or smth

    i think this is what your looking for if you go and add a new page then its about the 14th button along from the left in visual mode click the button that say kitchen sink then you will have a drop down menue eg: heading 1 and so on and Paragraphs.
