  • Hi have you thought of deactivating the plugin and reinstalling it again?

    Maybe try removing it from HOSTING account full delete the plugin.

    It looks like there was a conflict with WP 4.5, but a new version of GA came out today that fixes that. That might solve you problem if you were logging in with an e-mail address instead of a username.
