problems with the ANSWER mail

  • I have been using the plugin for a long time and now I have a problem that I have never had.

    It turns out that when we receive the email, in ANSWER, the email of my web client appears and not that of the user.

    attached as I have the settings.

    Clean cache and everything (I don’t know if this is necessary or not) but if it can affect, … and always follows the same problem, the mail arrives at another mail and it is neither the user nor the one of the form, it is a third email from my client as web administrator

    theme: Bridge ( use this theme in others webs and no problems )

    Plugins: This site, use 30 plugins ( I know it’s so much ) but, no one for contact forms…
