Problems with the cache

    When I install any cache memory plugin for my website, the participant database stops working, what I mean by this, that if I have an active cache plugin on my website and someone tries to register as a participant, it does not appear in the database. The only way to work is to deactivate the cache so that people can continue to send their form

    What can I do in this case?

  • I have the same problem, only with the cache did not try.
    When you fill out the form, the page is updated with the entered data but does not add to the database

    The particular type of caching that causes problems is “page caching” so you should configure your cache plugin to not cache any pages that use Participants Database shortcodes: [pdb_signup], [pdb_record], [pdb_signup_thanks], etc.
