Problems with the DHVC Form Plugin

  • Hello,
    we have several Problems with Zencache and the DHVC Form Plugin.
    When i clear the Cache manually everything is fine.
    After a few Hours you can fill out the form but when i click on the “send” Button nothing happens.

    With deactivatet Zencache plugin everything is fine.

    Any Ideas?

  • The basic problem here is that you are using Visual Composer. The problem with that is that it doesn’t go along with the WordPress way of doing things, but does them its own way instead. This add-on has to follow suit in order to work with VC, but that causes problems elsewhere (as here).

    Try using the URI Exclusion Patterns option in Zen Cache to see if you can overcome this problem. I recently explained how to do that here.
