    Hello again @xoxgregxox

We have been looking the test page you provided us and it seems you are having quite a few issues on the site that are affecting the normal functioning of the plugin.

Mainly an error in the admin-ajax.php file is the probable cause of the error you mention. I’m leaving you some screenshots:

Hi! I’m following up here and also writing you an email at the address you provided, just in case it’s easier to troubleshoot this way.

I’m having an issue specifically with the shortcode for the form. The problem only happens when I use the shortcode; I’ve tried other forms and even embedded the Doppler form within an iframe, and in those cases, the popup works fine.

The issue gets worse when someone’s logged in—the popup starts reloading repeatedly. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance for your help!
