    Hello Sir,

    I have several problems with the product filter and I can’t find a solution, it’s getting on my nerves now haha.

    The problem is that the Woocommerce – product filter doesn’t work on google chrome and mobile. I Contacted the plugin developer but he says that the problem is causing by the theme, and I can confirm it because I tried other product filter plugins and they have the same problem. I also had contact with the wordpress helpdesk and they also said it was a problem with the theme. I would love to find a solution for this problem. please let me know

    Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!

    I have accessed your site and the product filtering works correctly on my end. I have tried it on Chrome (both desktop and mobile).

    Are you still facing this issue?

    If the answer is yes, would you mind sharing what exactly is not working? (screenshots would help a lot)

    Also, there has been a previous issue with Woocommerce filtering before that might help in this situation too. You can check the link here and apply the solution to see if this works for you too!
