Problems with the size of the chatbox

  • Hi! So I have added the chatbox to my website. When trying to customize how it should appear on my site, I have 3 options.

    1. Just the icon
    2 Icon and welcome message
    3 Automatic expand the chatbox

    I have several times tried to choose the just the icon, or the icon and welcome message, however every time you visit my page the automatic expand sets in. This is quite frustrating as the visitors complaint about the chatbox being too big.

    How can I fix this? Is this a problem with the plugin itself? I can see others have asked the same question without getting an answer?
