I made a test donation and upon completion it puts the homepage at the top and the donation form at the bottom.

After the test donation, the style of the texts changes.

    Hi @ildomandatore,

It looks like the form iframe is loading the entire page in the donation receipt.

The next step would be to try our Health Check tutorial. This can allow you to test your site with different plugins without hurting the front-end of your site at all. https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

Let me know if you find a conflict with another plugin or the theme.

It seems that the Astra theme is causing problems. With Twenty-one it does not appear, but you can see the image in evidence.

Could it be that the page doesn’t redirect properly when it succeeds or fails?

    Hi @ildomandatore,

There’s probably some problem with the redirect to the Donation Sucess page.

I just tested with Astra on my test site but I was not able to replicate the issue. I suspect the multilingual plugin that you are using that adds the /en/ and /it/ paths to the URL has something to do with that too.

What plugin are you using to make the site multilingual?

Translatepress, but in the settings I don’t have the pages selected on the success or failure of the donation.

You need to set up a Donation Confirmation and Donation Failed page. You will also need to translate those pages using TranslatePress with the same shortcodes.

We have a guide for translating GiveWP with WPML and Polylang here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/translating-give/

We have not tested with TranslatePress so I cannot offer much advice on that but hopefully, the information in that article will give you some idea.
