• Hello

I have a problem with this plugin. I think all the configuration is ok in my wordpress, and I am receiving the leads in my sales force panel thanks to this plugins. The problem is that when a user fills the form and click on “send”, the plugins/systems don’t go to the thank you page. Instead, the system reload the same page with a salesforces attribute in the URL, but of course the URL is the same.

This is an example of the URL the system load when the form is sent:

    https://www.mywebsite.com/#sf_form_salesforce_w2l_lead_2

I need that the redirection to the thank you page works… Any idea? It can be a JS problem or incompatibility with Divi?

    Thanks!!

The redirection is Javascript… it’s likely a JS error on your site causing it not to fire.

    Hi Nick,

Sorry to bump this old thread but we have seen the same issue occur recently where previously the redirect worked as expected. Can’t see any console errors that would indicate a problem. The site does have CF7 integrated too, could this be causing a conflict?

Any other idea how we may diagnose the issue?

    Any help gratefully received.

Hello @agencyfulfilmentuk – just wanted to add that we too use CF7 along with Web-to-Lead. However, it never caused any issues until now.

Again it’s Javascript so any JS errors/issues on your page can break it — nothing has changed in the plugin in some time, so any changes are external.

If anyone wants to give me a URL I can actually test, I can take a look…

And yes, I’d love for it to be a PHP redirect, but that’s a significant refactor at this point…
