Problems with the upload of images

  • Good evening
    We have two problems and we hope you can help us fix them.
    When we try to upload some images, especially those taken with phone cameras, they turn upside down.
    Furthermore the plugin doesn’t let see us the preview of images.
    How can be these problems fixed?

    @omi54 – The orientation of the image taken with your phone may have to do with the software you are using to export the images onto your computer with. As to the issue with preview images not being seen, can you provide any additional context for that?

    When we create a new gallery adding images and there is the recap we can’t see some pictures. When imageses have the problem of be turned upside down, some of these can be adjusted but some can’t. Also the preview of those isn’t shown.

    @omi54 – My apologies for not being more clear … for the images from your phone that are not honoring the orientation you are seeing, are these also the same images that you are not seeing the preview with? Have you tried different methods of getting the images from your phone and uploading them without the use of the software you used where the orientation appears incorrectly?

    I suspect, the issue is compounding and you are not seeing the preview image for the same reason(s) the orientation is appearing unexpectedly.
