Problems with the use of [group] : after 3 it stops working

    Hello,

    We have created a “Conditional Fields” for Contact Form 7 for a customer, unfortunately we have a problem.

    We have made several groups so that when we choose the subject ‘appointment’ it is the right form that is displayed. When I created the first 3 groups, I didn’t have any problems. Unfortunately, the 4th and 5th are present but not displayed.

    I tried to remove the first 3 to check if it wasn’t a code problem, but all the groups work separately.

    Could you please tell me why it doesn’t display above 3 groups? Do you think we need to use the paid package to solve this problem?
