Problems with Theme Installer

  • When I go to the theme install and try to upload a local theme, I get the following message:

    Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.

    When I click “Please try again.” I go back to the install page and nothing has happened.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Twelve theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    The plugins were already deactivated and I’m already using Twenty Twelve.
