Problems with theme propulsion

  • Hi all.

    I bought a website with my new Company, and now I have big problems. At first I couldn’t access the wp-panel, I can now, but as soon as I lauched my theme (propulsion) this message came up:

    I was able to aces my site though so tried activating plugins, now the message on the top of my site says:

    I simply don’t know how to solve this, and the person I bought it from paid a heck of a lot of Money for this guy to make it, and now he is nowhere to be contated (well he got his Money and ran)

    Is there anybody WHO can help. My site name is https://www.magnail.dk and to my shop if needed (as it is not launched yet) https://www.magnail.dk/butik

    I am litterally feeling soooo stupid, but I sincerely hope someone will take the time to help me.

    By the way the if the theme is a paid for theme, I wasn’t the one buying it (remember the lost computerguy), so don’t know how to update.

  • Looks like the issue in in your theme. You need to find where it came from. That should be possible via the theme’s details in Appearance -> Themes.

    I think i found the author. Somebody suggested that I should update the theme, but I don’t know how? I know nothing abouth how this Works, normally doing websites (only done to or three) I just write them in codes, so nothing fancy, which unfortunately means I really suck at finding flaws in wordpress…

    Where was the theme downloaded from?

    I don’t know as the guy who set the website up isn’t anywhere to be found. I tried to buy the theme again as I suspect the guy used one that was not paid for.

    Right now it says installation failed, but I now have acces to the support site from the author, so that might help me ??

    If you follow the theme author’s link on that themeforest page, you should see a link for the support forum for the theme. Try posting in there.

    Ok so it it’s NOT the theme, I have tried changing to default theme, and same thing is happening ??

    When I activate the woocommerce plugin, acces to the site disapears, it is just a blank page ??

    I tried my webserverhost support late last night (I use one.com) and wow a bad service, she asked if I coud turn on php error and then stopped hatting and eventually just logged off without ever writing Again, so no help from that end ??

    Now I have updated WordPress, Updateded woocommerce and updated my theme, and no access still when wc is activated?

    Any ideas please, I will be so greteful as I am really stuck here ??
