Problems with Thickbox including Patch

Great Plugin, of course.
But when it is in use with Auto Thickbox ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/auto-thickbox/) it is open up the thumbnails of the gallery in an auto thickbox first and then it opens up the same site in a small window.
Possiblities to manage this without having this error?
