    Hi.
    My website is in two languages, Spanish and English; the main language is Spanish. I have been reviewing the documentation on this page, https://complianz.io/translate-legal-documents-to-multiple-languages-with-polylang/, and something is not working right on my website. To translate the banner cookie, I have to go to the polylang translation strings section. Ok, I go to this section but the translations for Complianz do not appear. In fact, the complianz plugin does not appear in the dropdown of the polylang translation strings section, as you can see in the following image that I link:

    I’ve done everything they say, like downloading the language files in WordPress/Updates/Languages updates, disabling any cache plugins, setting the languages for the website… But it doesn’t work.
    What could be the problem?

    Hi @pozoalcon,

    Could you navigate to Complianz > Cookie Banner and click the Save button on this page once?

    That should register the strings in PolyLang String Translation, after which you can translate them.

    Yes, it works. Now there are the translation strings for Complianz.

    Hi, Jarno.
    Ok, it is understood. I have not yet had a response from the server, for the question of activating the XML extension. Therefore, I have not been able to verify if this is the solution.
    If the problem continues after activating XML, I would contact you again.
