Problems with twitter and comments

Hello. I have some problems with mystique. First of all:
1) Can someone say what plugins I need to run mystique?
2) Sidebar tabs is not working because I miss some plugin ( i guess.. )
3) Twitter was working but yesterday it just stopped, and now it shows only Loading…
4) In the first days I saw that in comments I can QUOTE and find related posts, now it dont shows anymore.

I guess it because I had some problems with blog and I needed to disable all plugins and acitivate. After that I had some problems with mystique.
