I suspect that your theme is rendering a different sidebar for the front page and for single posts. Have a look in your themes settings.

Yes of course i have like 6 different sidebars….one in homepage,categories, pages, etc

but only one sidebar for all the posts and in this sidebar, the plugin doesnt show the input and look like the users are allready suscribed.

For example in this category page works: (the second item in the sidebar)

but in this post doesnt:(the same second item in the sidebar)

@tocancipa,

Does your theme use child themes? This is still an issue with your theme using different sidebars for different areas of your site.
