Problems with WooCommerce 2.3.6

We tested the plugin up to WooCommerce 2.3.6 and all works as expected.
Make sure all css and js files are correctly loaded.

Maybe you’re right.
AFAIK, from comparing the files on this new version, it is a big update in the code, and may it be incompatible with some combinations of plugins/CSS.

In the meantime, I’m unable to make further tests by now. I’ll stick to version 1.1.5.

Having the same issue. Just upgraded to WooCommerce 2.3.7 and zoom stopped working. It shows the “loading” label and nothing works. Links just go to the image file. I’ve deactivated a bunch of plugins to see if its a conflict, but none seem to trigger it.

I deactivated lots of plugins to see if they are intercepting your code, but it’s not.

Your plugin is not working on staging: WP 4.2 / WooCommerce 2.3.8
Also not working in production: WP 4.2 / WooCommerce 2.1

Any ideas? Can you see the source code from your end?

sorry for the delay, there seems to be a problem with jQuery in your installation, we are testing it.

We released a new update, including jquery-migrate script in order to deal with the missing var.

If after the update the problem still exists, please check if and why your theme remove jquery-migrate script that is registered on WordPress by default.

Now it works on WC 2.3.10. But it’s not working on WC 2.2.11.
Is there any possibility that your plugin specifically don’t support WC 2.2.x?
Can you confirm this please?

UPDATE:
After emptying cache in the site using WC 2.2, it looks like it’s working now! I’ll watch it closely and get back here if anything change.
