Problems with Woocommerce > 3.0

Hey Guys,
we updated to WooCommerce 3.2.4 (before 2.6) and now the filter doesn’t work anymore.
The Products are showing well at https://dev.barbarafreres.de/de/shop/ but if I change the filter for example (https://dev.barbarafreres.de/de/shop/filters/gender/baby/) nothing is shown.
Any suggestions?
