You will want to find out if the problem is caused by another plugin. Try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. Does the problem still occur? If not, reactivate plugins one-by-one to try to identify which one is causing the conflict.

If you get to the point where you have only WordPress, WooCommerce and your theme, and yet the problem is still there, then this looks like a theme problem and you will need to seek support from the theme vendor.

I’m surprised some templates are out of date considering you now have a very recent version of your theme. You might ask the theme vendors about that also.

You already have the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast, so you have a site map. Go to SEO > XML Sitemaps and click the XML Sitemap button to get your sitemap url, then go to Google Webmaster tools to submit the url.
