Problems with WP Super Cache and big orders in Woocommerce

Hello,

I updated to version 1.6.3 a week ago. After this there is a problem with orders with high number of items. The order is not completed and 500 internal server error appears. Orders with less number of items are proceeded fine.

I searched Woocommerce/System status/Logs and there were these fatal errors and their time was consistent with unsuccessful purchases. I post one as an example:

I deactivated WP Super Cache and it works fine. But this solution is only temporarily because I need to use a caching plugin and this one was the recommended one by my theme author (Merchandiser theme). Is there any way how to make WP Super Cache and Woocommerce compatible again?
