Proceed to Checkout Button Not Appearing

    The Proceed to checkout button does not appear on my cart page. My theme vendor indicated that it’s not a theme issue. I’ve disabled all plugins, no luck – and I’ve tested with a default theme. Based on a previous post in this forum, I looked in the cart.php file and there is no reference to the Proceed to Checkout button. I also see a proceed-to-checkout-button.php file. Is that the file that determine whether the button appears? Has anyone else had issues getting the Proceed to Checkout button to appear?

    I have:
    Woocommerce 3.5.1
    WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway 1.6.5

    I have the same plugins and the same theme (but previous version) and I don’t have issues.

    Whic version abou Vendor do you have?
