    Hello @jcnicolaou

It seems like a similar issue has been discussed recently here. In that case, the solution was to make sure the PayPal credentials matched the PayPal email address. You can read more about the solution in this post.

If you have already verified that your PayPal credentials and email address match correctly, please provide a screenshot of your sandbox credentials fields from the Connection tab. We recommend sharing this information directly.

You can request support by opening a ticket with our service desk here: Request Support. When submitting your ticket, please include the URL of this thread for our reference and any relevant system reports or logs.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian

Hi, thanks. I reviewed the issue you provided and my Sandbox API credentials are correct (I used the “Activite Paypal” button, not manually). I just tested it again after this, same issue.

I will submit my credentials directly via the support ticket link you provided.

    Hello @jcnicolaou,

we have received and replied to your private engagement. So far, it looks like it might be related to the behaviour of the button or a plugin conflict.

We will continue our investigation via the private engagement, so I will mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
