Proceed to Paypal button missing from checkout

I have WooCommerce on a WP site with a VERY simple shop. 1 product.
The shop is here:
https://www.pro-cleanhull.co.uk/the-laundry-works/booking/Once you get to the checkout page
https://www.pro-cleanhull.co.uk/checkout/The Proceed to Paypal button is missing. Paypal is set up and this has been working on the site previously. I could not say what changes caused the problem. This means visitors cannot purchase the product.
Any ideas what may be causing this or a solution?
